Noam Yaillen grew up in Baltimore and attended Oberlin College. His passions have long been in in food, sweet and savory, as well as youth education and leadership. He has worked at restaurants and Jewish summer camps from Baltimore to California. He also loves dogs and volunteers at a shelter down here (Animal Rescue New Orleans). Unfortunately, none of those sous chefs will be in attendance.
